Emily Cheng

Emily is currently an undergraduate Physiological Science major and Food Studies minor. She’s currently working on characterizing peripheral and cytoskeletal proteins of Toxoplasma gondii. When not in lab, you can find her bussing around L.A. or fangirling over food.
